SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We are a very small arts & craft studio & because all our items are handmade we can take a few days to make & process your order . We're usually busy in our studio making & creating but we do try to process all of our orders as quickly as possible & usually within 5 days. We will send you an email as soon as we dispatch your item(s) & you can then track your parcel via the carrier company.
Shipping usually then takes a further 2 business days via Royal Mail Parcels...

Damaged Items, Cancelations & Refunds
Being such a small business, unfortunately we are unable to take telephone calls, so please do email us...
On receipt of your delivery please check for any damage during transit. Unfortunately, & very occasionally, items can get damaged in the post. If this is the case then please email us within 24 hours to report the details. Please include a photo of the damaged packaging & also any damage to your item(s) We will then contact you & arrange a replacement.

Once we receive your order we try to process it as quickly as we can. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible & hopefully we can stop the process before shipping. If we have already shipped your order then please return it to us, in its original packaging for a refund (minus the postage)

Similarly if, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as you can & we will be happy (though no doubt a little disappointed!) for you to return it to us for a full refund (minus the postage)
We aim to refund you within 14 working days after receiving & inspecting your returned items(s). Refunds will be made using your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within this timescale, please contact us & we'll investigate...
